  • Implement a variety of preschool, school-age and adult programs, with the cooperation of individuals, groups, and organizations, to promote and encourage lifelong learning.
  • Provide and maintain an outstanding facility accessible to the entire community and surrounding area.
  • Administer an ongoing weeding process to maintain a quality print and non-print collection.
  • Promote the Library by cooperation with surrounding public libraries and the Winneshiek County Library Association.
